My thighs are polka dotted!!!

A few weeks ago I noticed I had brownish polka dot spots in my inner thighs, but I attributed them to tanning bed use because they appeared right after I used a tanning bed and faded a bit when I stoped using the tanning bed. However, upon waking up this morning, they’re brown and dark again. No pain. No itching. Just ugly! Help! I can’t wear a bikini like  this!!!!!!! Unfortunately this site doesn’t allow for pictures but they’re just brown polka dots on my inner thighs.

Don't know what they are.  You don't say how old you are as age can be a factor in such things.  Tanning beds are about as bad a thing as you can do to yourself, as they are pretty much guaranteed to give you skin cancer if you use them often enough, and so it's very possible the radiation caused some skin reaction, but it's more likely it's something else.
