Mystery Infection

5 days ago I had chin surgery where they reduced the front bone. The day after, with the compression tape on I could see a blister. I put a little bit of Aquaphor on it. The day after that I had my post op and the surgeon took the tape off to reveal a bigger area that was oozing. He said to stay on my cephalexin and keep an eye on it. I also started to get a cold sore in my typical spot on my lip that night. I started acyclovir I had on hand, thinking maybe this giant infection could be HSV1 too. I then sent pictures to an online dermatologist who thinks it’s a combination of dermatitis and bacterial. He prescribed doxycycline in conjunction with with the cephalexin and acyclovir and topical Desonide. Last night it was oozing yellow more. Does anyone think there’s something else going on? This is a picture of it now, dry. Worried about scarring.
