Need help sore itchy underarms armpits pictures too

I have tried everything
Went to GP and they gave me dacktorin cream but doesn't work I've changed deodorant and shower gel and nothing
It's stopping me from gym and work
I have a picture
It's like red patches sore

Try no deodorant and Dove soap for a while.

This can be due to yeast skin infection. The other possibility would be intertrigo. Most cases respond to over-the-counter products, which contain any of several basic ingredients: miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine,ketaconazole and clotrimazole.You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients.

This used to happen to me a lot.  The only deodorants I can use are the roll ons or gels.  Something in solid deodorants cause my skin to peel and itch under my arms  To help with the rash try A&D ointment and/or hydrocortisone cream.
