Hello,
These non itchy red rashes on legs and arms should be evaluated and possibilities like dermatitis skin and psoriasis should be ruled out. Psoriasis is a long-term (chronic) skin problem that causes skin cells to grow too quickly, resulting in thick, white, silvery, or red patches of skin. It is thought that psoriasis occurs when the immune system overreacts, causing inflammation and flaking of skin.
Without a biopsy skin it is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis. Hence I suggest you to get a biopsy skin done.
The white spot on face can be due to pityriasis versicolor which caused by a fungus that lives in the skin of almost all adults. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities. Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines. The other possibility is of vitiligo skin.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
are they scaly or are the dry red rough patches and do the ever weep clear fluid or develop what look like small blisters if so you may have eczema or psorisis which both can not be cured the symptoms can only be managed so see if your parents can take you to see a dermatologist
