Not sure what is happening to my lips?

So a few weeks ago I noticed a small size rash on the corner of my mouth on the right side. It went away within two days after I put some neo synalar on it but that issue has never happened before. A few days after that i noticed on the right side of my upper lip and indent in my lip with some tiny bumps. Then a day after that I noticed the middle part of my upper lip is swollen and puffy and all my lips have became extremely chapped. I put lemon oil on my lips and the chapped lips have gotten better however the middle part of my upper lip is still puffy and the underside on the right part of my upper lip is still indented and has the little bumps. There is no pain in either however the middle part of upper lip is still very visibly swollen. What could this be? I dont have any other symptoms other than these mouth problems.

Have you changed toothpastes recently?  You might want to try a fluoride-free more gentle product such as Nature's Gate or Tom's.  Best selection I've seen is at Whole Foods.  Always wash around your mouth after brushing or flossing to get the bacteria off.
