Ny 13yr old son has a itch goosebump rash
My son suddenly came down complaining of this rash and it itching. I know its not chickenbox or poison ivy but not sure what or how to fix it.

It's hard to know how to fix it, if you don't know the source. It could be hives, an allergic reaction, heat rash, eczema, or many other possibilities- lots of conditions are itchy rashes. I'd have the rash looked at by a doctor so they can see it in person and ask some more detailed medical questions in order to determine the source.
