Odd Cyclic Redness on Chest
During February 2016- May 2016 I experienced flushing on my chest. It appeared in a V-shape monthly, prior to my menstrual cycle. As it would dissipate, brownish, shiny skin would remain that eventually flaked off. It did not itch nor did it respond to cortisone cream or the active ingredient in selsum blue. I forgot all about this until recently. I am now experiencing the same symptoms. I would not say it is a rash because the redness is not bumpy or raised and does not itch. Please advise!
