Oily Hair Issue?

I have oily hair and sometimes I get build up (usually just small skin bumps) that itch and sometimes hurt...after I wash my hair it is fine but if I switch to a new shampoo it starts up again...is this psoriasis or some type of eczema? Maybe I just have a dry scalp? nothing serious...just would like to know

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like folliculitis of the scalp. You need to wash your hair with a mild antibacterial shampoo and also get some topical antibiotics prescribed. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case and get cysts also ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi I'm a 16 year old girl who usually has really nice hair. Soft and no issues. But lately I've been getting this kind of oily part just on the crown of my head, if I wash it it just gets worse.

Is there anything that I can do??
