Ointmant for Face Cancer

Hello, approx 6-7 years sgo i was diagnosed with massive skin cancer in various stages. I had Mohs surgery 2 x's. One of the surgeries lasted 8 hours!
Now the same area is piled high with dried up and sory lesions. My entire forhead is just covered with cancers and will most likely need a graft when I can afford to have it taken care of.
I have requested a cancer cream for both the Derm's I went too and neither one would provided it even though I have stage 2-3 cancers!
Is there an OTC cancer cream? My face bleeds almost everyday when i wash up. I have tried moisturizers to no avail and my friend gave me an antibiotic cream I use on the open spots but it does not help the remainder of the cancer.
What could/would anyone suggest that I use on my face to help the hurt?
There are several pics in my folder if anyone wants to see!
Thanks a bunch,

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it very much. I will definetly give your suggestions a try! I always wear sunscreen and big hats everytime I go outdoors. I am a big sunscreen supporter and show folks on the beaches what sunburns have done to me!
I never thought of an antihistamine!
As far as the open lesions.... why would Calamine be better than an antibiotic ointment? Though I am still going to try the calamine.... I was just curious of the differences.
You really dont need to reply.
Thanks so much!

Hi,

You need to wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products on your face and use a medicated sunscreen whenever you go out.

Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could also take oral antihistamine medications for your symptoms if required.

Nothing can be said with surety about the diagnosis without having a look at the lesions.

It would be advisable to consult a skin specialist for your symptoms and a proper clinical examination.

Let us know if you need any other information and post us on how you are doing.

Regards.
