Oval shape cut on penis glans
Hi
I have this small oval shape spot on the glans of my penis. I noticed it after a friction incident. It comes and goes, but never stays away. It's not elevated, nor is it painful - except after sex/masturbation, when not using lube or enough lube. There is no weird smell or anything oozing from it. The colour is the same as the glans except for the ouline which is a darker colour.
I don't have diabetes and have normal sugar levels. I've used anti fungi cream, with no luck.
Any idea of what this is and how I can get rid of it?
