PLEASE HELP: Stretch Marks and Shaving Down There

Hey girls! I hope some of you can help me out cause I'm soo lost haha; Last time I wore a bathing suit that didn't require using shorts was before I hit puberty, now I'm 17 years old and I've been through pretty much most of it. I'm going on a trip with a some friends to the beach during the summer and they're all gonna wear bikinis! I don't know what to do because I have stretch marks around my bum area and I don't like them. I've had the same weight for a few years now but I did grow taller pretty quick so I think that's why I got them. Is there a way I can make them less noticeable? What have you tried that worked for you and can recommend me? That's one of my doubts, the other is I have absolutely no idea how to shave down there if I'm wearing a bikini :( Do I just grab a razor and shave most of it off? How do I even see what I'm doing? I've tried shaving before but I regret it immediately because it starts itching really bad! Specially when the hair starts to grow back... How am I supposed to shave and what can I do for it not to itch? Thank you soooo much in advance!!!

Um, it seems like there are many bikinis that aren't, uh, Brazillian -- in other words, ones with more behind than just pieces of string and more in front than a g-string, and they are still bikinis.  I see them for sale all the time in the summer, they are not esoteric items reserved only for old grannies.  You are saying the stretch marks would show unless you wore actual shorts with legs?  And your pubic hair would show?  How high up does it come?  Even in the teenage-girl shops, there are bikinis with real bottoms and normal fronts.  Not all bikini bottoms are like what showgirls in Vegas wear when they are topless on top, surely you can find trendy bikinis that have behinds.

My suggestion regarding shaving is not to bother, but to trim the sides with scissors if you think the bikini front is not wide enough to corral the hair. Shaving does cause itching, and it's not worth it.

Ok I probably didn't explain myself well enough, I'm not even gonna wear a bikini I'm wearing a one piece. And even like that my stretch marks show a lot as well as my public hair :( My bathing suit is really modest but that doesn't prevent my hair or stretch marks from showing. Is there a way shaving won't itch?
