PLEASE I NEED HELP, PLEASE RESPOND

ok so, basically couple of months ago the crease between my thigh and scrotum started itching like crazy, when i went to the doctor he told me it was eczema and gave me some cream for it. The cream helped but then after i was done with the tube, the itching returned. then suddenly out of no where, my whole body was covered with tiny little bumps that itched like CRAZY. the doctor said it was dermititis and eczema and gave me some more cream. eventually, the bumps went away. but the itching still persisted. Then about a month ago, my pubic area began to itch like crazy as well, after scratching it, tiny little bumps that looked like the bumps on my body that i had started to appear where my pant line is and in my pubic region and also the base of my penis. I am getting really freaked out. So i went to a dermatologist and she said it looked like genital warts. The bumps get worse when i scratch or it gets sweaty and hot, but when its cold, you can still see it. they are tiny pimple looking bumps in groups. They do no puss, are not filled with puss, do not pop and itch like hell. I do not have penis discharge, no burning in urination, no fever, no cold sores, but i am still scared it is herpes. The doctor that said it was gential warts said that we can burn them off. i looked online and do not see ANY pictures that look like my  bumps. Also i have ONE small red spot on the tip of my penis, it doesnt itch, burn, or hurt at all. its just small and red, the doctor said that could be dermatitis as well. Please somebody respond and help me out!

Hello,
Molluscum contagiosum are multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug. In adults, molluscum infections are often sexually transmitted and can transmit from one site to other skin sites by autoinoculation. Treatment includes physical destruction or manual extrusion of the lesions, cryotherapy, and curettage.

The red rash can be due to dermatitis skin or balanoposthitis skin. To confirm the diagnosis please get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Thank you so much doctor. To correct the original post, i actually meant to say molluscum warts, not genital warts.
I went back to the doctor and she said that the red spot on the tip of my penis is just irritation. However, i really dont buy that, the red spot gets darker red when i take a hot shower and is starting to spread around my pee hole, even the foreskin covering it gets red so when i fully full back my skin (im uncircumsized) it looks like half of my penis is red and the other half is still brown.
The little small bumps that she thinks is molluscum warts, she said she wants to freeze off. im a little bit scared. Do you think it may be jock itch + whatever else is going on? The bumps i have looked at molluscum warts and it kind of looks like it, as for the red rash i have NO idea what it is.. perhaps you can help me?

Thank you so much by the way, reading your response made me feel so much better. Do you think it might be herpes?

Hello,
Genital warts are caused by HPV and they are non itchy and painless. From the symptoms I would like to rule out contact dermatitis, sweat dermatitis, heat rash and scabies. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Use a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Also use cotton clothes and change the clothes twice if there is any increased sweating. Try keeping the skin free of sweat as far as possible. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort. For the itching antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin can be taken.
If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist and get scabies ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
