POSSIBLE STD????

After having unprotected oral sex with new partner I noticed a small reddish area on penis, just below the head. I had burning sensation in and around my lower parts. That seem to have gone away(,didn't look like a sore, didnt crust over) Now  i have a rash on my left inner thigh right in the crease. They look like pimples with no white heads.(about 15-20 of them) they don't hurt but do itch now and then. Had them for about 1 week now. Have been very worried about the unprotected oral. I do still get burning sensations and the feeling of "pins and needles" in my scrotum and penal area.Could this be a STD?? Thanks

Have not been able to go to doctor. the reddness seemed to go away with the symptoms, intill i had vaginal unprotected sex.  and it came back right away..i put some Cortaid cream on the area which took the reddness away within hours and area looks semi normal but still have sensation of slight burning and pins and needlles. Do you think the reddness and irratation reappeared due to friction from sex? (Came back in the same spot) Just still worried about std...

This does not sound like an STD.  It sounds like irritation on the penis and possibly a heat rash on the thighs.  The tingling is probably from anxiety.  I suggest you you see your doctor for diagnosis, reassurance, and treatment if needed.

Best.
