I saw a dermatologist a few days ago and he said it doesn't seem to be anything to be worried about. He also said something about laser removal which I wasn't interested in.
When you say "a while to subside" would it take longer than 3 months? because it's already been that long that I can remember having it.
Thank you for the help, really appreciate it
Peter,
What we saw on the picture is a small light brown macule. If we choose to rely on that, this could easily be a post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation caused by a minor trauma/injury. Sometimes, those can take a while to subside.
Also, lentigines and melanosis are options too.
We advise you to see a dermatologist for detailed clinical examination as there are certain diagnostic guidelines in regards to pigmented penile macules.

I uploaded the picture into my profile, please take a look.
Thank you
I believe that you can post pictures of affected area on your profile page.
I can't recall anything out of the ordinary happening. It is deffinately flat. Is there a private email I can send the picture to?
Thanks
