Painless bumps on thigh suddenly black and hurt to touch

After I shaved a few months ago, I noticed these two bumps on my thigh. They were both painless and trying to squeeze them did nothing. I figured if they don't hurt nothing was probably wrong. Today, on top of having covid and my period, I looked at them and one was red and hard, and the other was lightly black and also hard. I tried popping them with a pin, but now the black one won't stop bleeding and nothing happened to the red one. The red one's bump is small but the hard lump underneath it is about a dime in size.
