Patch of very thin skin

Can anyone help identify what this is? I have had this since I was born. It is very thin, stretchy skin, has a clear border around my normal skin.. It's pink and if you look close enough, you can see the veins under it. Picture included. Its located between my chest and shoulder.

Hi I am back. Could this also be a Congenital Hemangioma? I've found pictures of Non involuting congenital hemangiomas that look similar to my mark, only they seem to be more raised than mine.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For such a thin skin patch, Goltz syndrome should be ruled out. Goltz syndrome, the skin abnormalities take the form of areas of thin skin (lesions) where the skin is completely absent, or discolored, itchy, or blistered. Other is Congenital Atrophoderma of Pasini and Pierini. It manifests as single or multiple sharply demarcated, hyperpigmented, nonindurated patches. These patches are marked by a slight depression of the skin with an abrupt edge, usually on the backs of adolescents or young adults.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
