Pearly Penile Papules redness and slight bleeding

Hello,
Yesterday I wanked about 4 times spread out, all lasted about 30 minutes, 1 lasted 45minutes. (time between 10:00-15:00)
I used a kitchen towel tissue (I realise this is quite rough) to wipe up my cum and around my penis head, didn't wash it or have a shower till about 23:00 in the evening after the gym.
Went in the shower and found that were my PPP's were they were red and slightly bleeding, could this be due to dry wanking and not having good hygiene straight after masturbation. I have applied aqueous cream today and they seemed to have took away some of the redness. I did have unprotected sex about a month ago but I was her first unprotected for anything. So I was worried it might be something else. But I thought because of the vigirous masturbation yesterday this could definitely be the cause. Additionally I have had no std symptoms.

Any information would be great, cheers.

Hello thanks for your response,
I applied aqueous cream for two days and it was fine after that, must had been chaffing like you explained.
Thank you very much!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to chafing. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
