Pearly Penile Papules

Hi, i have a question. First of all i have these two zit like grown on the underside of the head of my penis. There not big or there not rough. There actually the same size as a normal zit on the face. there smooth, round, and white. there not painful nor do they irratate me in anyway. They only irratate me when i pope them and thin little white puss comes out. After the puss comes out, i frequently check and the zit like dot is still there. I have two of them underneath the head of the penis, right on the rim between the head and the shaft.I have had them for the past year or two now. Im not sexually active and also i have never had sex without a condomn. Ive always had safe sex, i mean always. I got tested and it turned out everything was negative, thank god !!! My question is what are these things that i have???? Second, are they treatable?? and what medicine is needed to cure this??? should i be really worried? Im getting married this summer and i dont want anything to harm or my future wife.........please help me. Also just to let you know, there not very noticiable and ive fooled around with my fiance before...and shes thank god disease free. So maybe that can help you a little bit.......thank you.

Hello doctor, well i just wanted to say thank you very much. I got tested yesterday and the results came in negative.....thank god. So thank you very much for your input. Just wanted to ask you one more thing though! Although they dont hurt or bother so much, is there any treatment or medicine or even cream that could maybe get rid of them ? I mean i just hate they way they look. please let me know, thank you very much once again.

I think you probably have the small, white cysts that many men have on the shaft of the penis.  The "white stuff" is made up of dead skin cells.  These are not abnormal.  They do not need to be treated.  For your peace of mind, I suggest that you leave them alone and show a doctor before your wedding, so you can ignore them.

Best wishes.
