Peeling lower lip, pinpoint bumps or granules on gums

Dr. I had a lapdance and licked the striper's vagina for about 5 sec, bad idea! Two days later i developed an inflamed lower lip, the sides more than the middle. I also noticed pinpoint bumps or granules all across my upper gums, from back thru the front to the back, these were the same color as my gums and were not painful. i had the same pinpoint bumps under my tongue. I also had lines across the inside of my cheeks where my teeth meet, on both sides. the lines went into my lip where it was enflamed!
all this happened 2 days after exposer and i went to the hospital, an expensive decision. I thought i had herpes and would spread it to other body parts. The doctor had a look and said that I didnt have herpes 1 nor 2. that i had a viral infection that didn't look sexualy transmitted. that it maybe herpes but not the one i thought that there was many many herpes. he told me not to worry and that it would go away on its own and told me to go home. two days after that i went to a clinic for a second opinion doctor there told me it didnt look like herpes and that it didnt look sexualy transmitted. they tested for herpes and hiv. both tests came back negative. im not worried about hiv since my exposer is considered low risk and i am not concerned about herpes either. but these symptoms have lasted 6 weeks already! I went to see a dermatologist and std specialist in mexico. i went across the boarder because i dont have health insurance nor money. he said what i had was fairly common in his patients both sexually active and non-sexually active. he said i had a minor infection and that my mucusa pores were clogged he prescribed me a iodine mouthwash. the pinpoint bumps under my tongue are now alot less noticible, and there was some improvements on my top gums but not alot. (btw my lower gums have no bumps the are slick.) but my lips continue to burn and if they get wet they turn white and easily peel off, also the middle part of my upper lip turns white too now. also on both sides of my uper lip i now have little white pinpoint dots that were defenetly not there before they came in around week 4. they burn alittle too. i cought these dots oozing a little bit of creamy stuff. anyways so the doctor in mexico told me to wash out my mouth with meat tenderizer that this helps unclogg pores. it sure makes my mouth smooth and sleak but my gums remain the same. the lips too. dr one of my big concerns is that the pinpoint bumps on my upper gums may be HPV. Do my symptoms sound like any std? Do you think it is viral could it be fungal? I have never ever had none of these symptoms in my life! i havent medicated my lips i didnt know what to use chap stick made them worse. im going to try some 1% hydrocortisone for a few days to see what happens. what do u think doc? what do u recommend me do? pls doc gime some good feedback im desperate. my only fear is that i may infect other people. i havent had any sexual contact since exposure. IT was my first sexual contact!

Dr. asr bieng that im still worried i went to visit an oral surgeon and he said he does not believe i have a viral infection, that i probably had a yeast infection. he prescribed dexamethasone mouthwash and will see me again in 10 days. he also touched on the topic of hpv but that we have to rule out other things first. the thing is dr. asr that the pinpoint bumps on my gums start at my wisdom tooth and go all the way around my gums and stop at my other wisdom tooth. thats alot of surface area for hpv isnt it? im not imunocompromised. also these pinpoint bumps were present 2 days after sexual exposure. this probably isnt hpv right? what do u think dr asr?

Dr. thank you for your response and it is good news for me doctor, but the fact is that i have never had burning peeling lips before in my life. How would i over look such a thing? I remember looking at my gums many times they didn't look like this. I hope I am making this all up in my head because no one seems to know whats going on. I was told it was a viral infection (apprently one that doesn't go away) but viral infection is such a general term it doesn't tell me much. I wish i had facts. I am never going to find out what I have, am I?

OK. Nothing you've described sounds anything like herpes, fungus, virus, or any STD.  The best I can guess is that these are anatomical variations that you've always had but never paid attention to until you got scared after your encounter.  You've seen enough doctors, you've had enough tests.  I think you should let things be for the time being, and of course avoid high-risk behavior.

Take care,
