Penis Pigmentation

Hi,
I have noticed some black spots on penis shift, the biggest spot is on left side (3 CM), and mid is on the top (.5 CM) and and some small spots on the base. I'm not sure how long they have been on there, but longer than a year. I went to a family doctor  who think these spot are only normal pigmentation. I just want to know if anyone has the similar spots, and are they?
I searched on internet and saw some similar spots and they call them "penile lentigines", I posted some picture.

Thanks for any answer..

I visited a dermatologist two days ago. He told me "I think this is just pigmentations" and I don't have to worry about it. However, because he is not quite sure, I will visit another dermatologist. Then I will stop worry about it.

Thanks for your replay.

I have the same issue. I found black circle spots two of them on the shaft of my penis then now reccently I see a few more of them around the penis but not on the head. They are under the skin and can't be felt, and no pain or discomfort.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be Fordyce spots, freckle, lentigo, penile melanotic macule or penile melanosis. Melanosis is the benign pigmentation of the mucosal surface of the penis. The area is flat, and stable. Biopsy, if performed, will show clusters of melanocytes with a benign appearance.  Lentigo is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin.

I suggest you to get an examination done from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
