Penis bumps... SAVE ME!

Hello my saviors,

I am 15 years old and I have these REALLY REALLY small (1mm radius/diameter) on the head and the sides of my penis head on my penis. They are red little bumps and when I applied friction (accidental :( ) there was blood and wet stuff that came out. They are perfectly round and spreaded around my penis. I HAVE NOT BEEN IN ANY SEXUAL INTERCOURSE with any girl so no way its STD or other sexual transmitted disease. All i do is masturbate..... and I'm having an addiction which I'm trying to put to a stop. I noticed, there was only 1 -2 bumps on my penis head but now, there seems to be more and more... maybe like... 20 or even more (too small, cant count, eyes get tired). I am very worried and scared. I'm starting to stop masturbation because of what I'm seeing. PLEASE HELP ME! At the same time, I dont know what else may've cause the problem besides masturbation, I live in a clean environment, I eat clean food everyday.... HELP HELP HELP!#!@$!%
