Penis head problems

I am a 22 year old male a month ago i recieved oral sex from my girlfriend and as soon as we finished i noticed a redish dot on my penis head it was about 2 centimeters long (that went away within a week)  and i noticed around my urethra everything was wrinkly and shiny.  I had no sorts of pain or anything no itching nothing like that it wasn't an allergic reaction or anything it was just there. One of my penis lips look a little swollen but that has gone down a little.  Does anyone have any idea of what it can be.  I am currently using an anti-fungal cream I've been using it for about a couple days it seems to be getting better but I wanted to know what it was and if there is any other treatment.

I have not seen a doctor.

Hello,
You should use mild steroid creams like hydrocortisone 0.5 or 1%.Cortisone 10 should not be applied to the thin skin of penis. Strong cortisones ointments and creams may cause permanent thinning of the skin, especially when applied to skin-folds such as under the breast, the armpit, and the groin.

Hope it helps.Take care and regards.

Thanks for the reply.  I've been washing the skin pretty thoroughly so I will wait to see what the results are and keep you updated. I plan on visiting my dermatologist soon.

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but this swelling can be due to friction rub during oral sex or chaffing. Chafing is a continuous rubbing of the skin that causes redness or soreness.

Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments.Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist

I hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or in case you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
