Penis is itchy and has a few small red dots on the head.
For about the past week my penis has been really itchy and yesterday I noticed that there are a few red dots on the head of it.
At first I just assumed it was jock itch, but the spray I got for it does not seem to help.
I know the first thing people will assume is that it's an STD, so I should state that I am not sexually active. I have never been sexually active. I am a virgin.
Could it just simply be irritation from the lotion I use when I masturbate? Although I have never had a reaction from it before.
What could this be and how can I treat it?

Could just be an irritation- possibly from the friction, especially if the lotion has never bothered you before. As far as treatment, it's best to get an accurate diagnosis before you treat- that will require an exam by your doctor in person.
