Penis is misshaped - bulb like

Hello
I made a horrible horrible mistake 3 years ago and ended up getting syphilis from a foreign girl..
I was treated about 3 months later but that was after I developed the sore and it (almost) had healed on its own (I didnt know what the sore was, I thought I had injured it)

Now, I am left with a rash (skin color is much lighter than the surroundings) in place where the sore used to be, and my penis frequently itches.  On top of that, it looks misshaped 90% of the time I peek down to look at it, it is bulb shaped, where the base is narrow then it gets wider towards the tip and starts to narrow again at the very tip.

Is there anything I can do to correct any of these 3 problems? (rash, itching, bulb shape)

Thanks :)

What are you talking about?  Who said anything about pre-syphilis?  What is pre-syphilis?

Please stop drawing your penis and get the help you need.

The color change is probably permanent, or at least I would guess so from your story.  However, your description of your penis as "misshapen" is almost certainly a reflection not of your penis but of your mind.  Please get yourself to a doctor as soon as you can--a urologist or a dermatologist--and find out that you're worries are from anxiety, etc. and not from reality.  Then get the counseling you need to come to terms with this knowledge.  You can't go around the rest of your life thinking your penis is disfigured when it's not.

Good luck.
