Penis itches and shedding but I'm clean and don't have STDs?

I wash and dry my penis well, I've never had this issue, it's not dry skin, I am fungus andSTD free (have been tested) and I'm not sexually active and I do not use harsh chemicals or soaps in that area that may cause an irritation

so what's going on with my penis? it itches and there's this smegma (but it obviously isn't) type stuff when i scratch or rub the head. white and doughy. like i said, i've never had this and i'm a clean guy in all senses and it itches. what could it be?

i already did and he says the test for fungus is negative and the fluconazole pills for fungus that he gave me didnt do anything which prob means theres no fungus to kill. could it be bacterial???

When you have white on your penis it could be fungus and i would suggest a follow up with your doctor about this.

oh and the doctor gave me medicine for thrush anyway (two 100 mg fluconazole pills one to take that day and one for 2 days later) and it didnt go away so it must not be thrush

but the test for thrush (candida) came back negative

Hi and welcome. You say you dont have a fungus but what your describing is a symptom of thrush.
