Penis skin deforming, wrinkling and discoloring, please help

Im having major penis skin problems. This began 2 months ago and has progressed into quite a situation. I have seen plenty of doctors, a dermatologist and a urologist. Dermatologist told me I am normal, as did the urologist. I WOULD NOT BE PAYING CASH IF I WERE NORMAL, nor would I see as many doctors as I have had. This began after unprotected ORAL sex.  I did have a cheap condom on for a portion of it (possible allergy) - later that night I put Hand Sanitzier all over my gential area and left it there. I have been in pain since this encounter. At the ER they diagnosed me with Epididymitis, said the bumps were not std related. Had small bumps (maybe scrapes) appear around my glans, I already have PPP. The problem aside from the pain in the tip of the penis and prostate is MY SKIN IS DEFORMING. IT HAS CHANGED COLOR UNDERNEATH (like a bruise)ALSO. EXTREMELY WRINKLED AND SOFT. This was after what seemed to be a layer of skin growing on the shaft. Lines appeared, and a few brown moles. The doctors say it looks fine, THIS IS NOT WHAT IT WAS BEFORE, let alone the pain. The last doctor I saw found blood in my urine, we are awaiting results. I did have a 3 week drug run during this time, that too may of contributed? If I pinch the skin or move it - it gets stuck. No pain with urination or the few times I have ejaculated since december. Only thing I can think is slow developing HPV? Do have growths around anus, doc assured me it is not hpv, but is taking another look in a few days. Any help as to what these pics look like from a professional I would appreciate it. The dermatologist was a woman, and I am sure she was uncomfortable and thought anxiety had me. Please if anyone can give me direction I will take it. Trauma? Yeast infect, std? HELP

All of my std blood tests were negative thus far btw. Have not done hsv1. The "encounter" on 12-8 was very rough, and with the lowest of lows on the street. She was missing teeth and I was scraped bad. Have a couple marks. What is being shown is not the NORM for me at all, I have never been wrinkled like this, or had the discoloration under, and I am still in a great deal of pain. Sometimes it is off and on, feels hot in my genital section, all over. That is more discomfort, maybe like a bad jock itch? PLEASE HELP.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Unfortunately the pictures could not be opened but but it can be folliculitis, cysts, molluscum or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Diagnosis of genital warts is usually clinical, made by visual inspection. Genital warts can be confirmed by biopsy but Sometimes we can use an enhancing technique called acetowhitening. This technique involves the application of 5% acetic acid solution to the area of suspicion for about 5-10 minutes. Infected areas will turn white. You can get it done.
Hematuria or blood in the urine can be caused by bleeding from anywhere along the urinary tract. The most common cause is an infection because of the inflammation in the urinary tract. Urinary stones can cause abrasion and irritation resulting in hematuria. Other possible cause is a kidney condition called glomerulonephritis. I would suggest that you consult your Doctor so further investigation can be done. You Doctor may request for some blood tests, urinalysis, urine culture, and an ultrasound or CT scan.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
