Perianal Warts?

I noticed these flesh-colored bumps several weeks ago in my perianal area only because I was seeing a little blood on the toilet paper.

I did have warts over 7 years ago, but they were the typical white cauliflower type.  I had them cauterized by a surgeon twice in a short period of time and I haven't had a problem since...until now.  Although these don't look at all like what I had before, the red spots that are visible in the bumps make them look like warts to me.

I'm dreading having to go through a painful removal process again, but I want to prepare myself before I go to the doctor so I'm hoping you can tell me what you think they are.  Thanks in advance!

I am a 35 year old male.  My question is long and many but please help:

1) if I notice warts (small white bumps) on my perianal area MUST I treat them as I have read that if they do not bother you then no worries.  When I stretch the anal area I can see a couple on the inner side.

2) I also have a case of hemmorhoids as well that seem to be ever present but not life altering.  Will using an ointment (preperation H etc.)  to treat this cause the warts to spread?

3)  I tried to use Aldara for the perianal warts.  Does this irritate the hemmorhoidal tissue?  It makes a very uncomfortable situation.

4)  I also seemed to have a minor case of fecal leakage.  Ever since my dermatologist froze off a case of perianal warts I seemed to notice this new problem!!!!!

What do I do and who would I see at this point.  I looked for a proctologist but can only find gastreontolgistss (spelling???)HELP!!

What is VERY distrurbing is I am s straight male and do not understand why I get these in my perianal area????

DOES ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THIS?????

These look like small hemorrhoids, not warts.  If so, they don't need to be treated at all.  Please see a doctor in person to confirm this.

Best.
