Is there any possibility that consuming certain food can cause scar to appear on the skin during chicken pox?
no, any food is good in chicken pox... you can get chickenpox via airborne infections(l think its varicella)... scars will apprear if you keep on scratching on the wounds of your chicken pox... so better not scratch your wounds..
