Pilar cysts

4 pilar cysts on scalp
Haven't changed in 8 yrs
Can they turn cancerous?

Have you had the cysts biopsied previously in order to be sure of the diagnosis?  If they are pilar cysts (which do need to be biopsied in order to be certain)- and you aren't seeing any changes, most likely you are fine.  However, these cysts can turn cancerous and need to be watched.  You should be seeing a doctor regularly to ensure they are being monitored as needed.

They haven't changed and I'm just suffering with anxiety right now .. and since I've posted this I've also been told by doctors and nurses they do not turn cancerous
