Pimple like bump on daughter’s nose for weeks

Right where my daughter’s glasses hit her nose there is a red pimple like bump that has persisted for weeks. She tried to pop it but only blood came out. We’ve now started On the spot creme which seemed to make the center which was white shrink a bit but I’m concerned how long it’s been. It’s about 1/2 the size of a pencil eraser, slightly raised and had a whit center that looked very deep. If it is a zit, it’s too deep to pop.

My guess would be that it is a blemish that is caused from sweat due to where the glasses hit- have her keep the area clean- wash it at least twice a day, and even clean the glasses several times to keep those free of dirt as well.  If that doesn't seem to help and the spot continues to bother her, have a doctor take a look.
