Sir i have a pimple on my testicules and it since last 5year ago but on this time its very hard and dont hurt me ones time but i want to remove it its size bigger and bigger by every year tell me plz how i remove this

Yes I have a similar problem I noticed a month ago that I had this little bump on my scrotum it’s hard and when I Squeeze it feels like there is a little pebble in it it it’s located  near the middle line of my scrotum

It also doesn’t hurt  but a week ago I did go run at the gym and it got inflamed and it hurt a little when I touched it but the next day it wasn’t hurting anymore
