Pimples & red dots on forearm

Hi,

have usually clear skin but for the last 4-5 months I have hade these random pimples with a little pinhad of pus on top on arms which have all left small scars, I`ve had about 9-10 in total. I squeezed on on my forearm as it itched a little and the surrounding area bruised to a deep red colour about 1cm border and took a week to fade. They looked like bites but I know they are not bites. It seems just as the last one I have noticed has healed another pops up and goes through the same proccess. Also in the last month or 2 I have had very very tiny small(pin *****) red to dark red dots underskin just randomly on forearm as well. I am not feeling unwell. I would appreciate any feed back as I've been a bit curious. I recently has spinal surgery, successful and am totally healed and active again.
