Pinpoint red spots on my legs

Okay so about two years ago I noticed some pinpoint red spots on my legs, at the bottom of my calf, and i figured that it was just razor burn of something. But it never went away two years later they are still there...Tiny pinpoint blood spot...very visiable. They dont itch, or bug me at all, and it might just be totaly natural, but when i asked my other girl-friends about it they didnt have those on there legs. Its not razor burn, because i have had that, but its not a rash. What is it? I dont think its much for concern, but i still would like to know.

Hey i'm 16 male. i recently noticed tiny red spots on my right shin. They are clumped together to form kind of circles about an inch to half an inch wide and high. They dont itch, hurt, or anything like that. I have noticed even more forming. . . >.<.  There are none above my knee besides one clump of them on my upper thigh. just above my ankle and One on thigh. None on arms or any other part. They are really annoying and ugly. . . idk what to do about it.

I am 32 years old i just noticed on the bottom of my legs and the bottom of my stomach that i have these red bumps like what you are discribing. It is really worrying me. I have about 2 dozen on each leg and about a dozen on my stomache. I am not sure what they are and I would really like to know. If you know anything please reply to me at roberta_trahan1***@****. Thank you so much.

My spots start out as a pinpoint and then end up being about 1/16 or 1/8 of an inch in diameter.  They are reddish/purplish in color.  They are almost completely covering the inside of each ankle, with a small patch behind one ankle, and a patch on the shin.  There are none above the knees.  There is no pain except for a tiny pain when new ones arrive.  My Dermatologist is stumped and is sending me to a dermatology specialist.  Anyone else have these strange spots?
