Please Help! Marks around Mouth!

For a really long time now Ive had marks around my mouth. Ive been treated by previous dermatologist for eczema on my face around my eyes back of my ears and even on my body but they could never help with the marks around my mouth. A previous dermatologist gave me bleaching creame and pretty much told me that because my top lip is bigger than my botton lip I may have saliva coming out the sides of my mouth even though it doesnt feel like it causing a reaction.

Ive done just about everything and used just about everything. even recently Ive been taking vitamins b12 and c and drinking tons of water as always and using non hypogenic lotion. is there anything else I could do. Im so sick of this and its like seems to be getting worst then better and worst then better. its mostly dry but even when its not dry its just dark and irritated. Please help. any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms of eczema on the face, I would like to rule out the possibilities of perioral dermatitis and liplicker’s dermatitis. Perioral dermatitis like acne is a chronic papulopustular and eczematous facial dermatitis. It appears around the nose, mouth and eyes. Treatment consists of oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. A mild soap or soap substitute, such as Dove or Cetaphil should be used for washing. Scrubbing should be avoided.

The standard treatment is a course of antibiotic Like Tetracycline. If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist and discuss this possibility with him.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thank you so much. Your response is very much appreciated and very helpful. I actually was using a scrub as well thinking it would help maybe scrub away the dead skin but i felt like it was kind of making it worst and now I see that in your comment Im absolutely going to stop that. Thanks again I will take this information and keep you updated.
