Please help, red sore on nose from blackhead remover.

Hi all, I pushed way too hard on my nose with a black head remover, got a bad irritated red bump, kept picking at it and made it worse and eventually left it alone. Now a year down the road I still have had an inflamed red sore on my nose that pops out.  Any help on how to get rid of it?  Thanks

Hello,
With continuous picking and messing,it probably has become a cystic lesion.Apply warm compresses and some topical antiseptics and avoid messing with it.If the symptoms persist then pls consult a dermatologist. Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

You have probably induced a granuloma by picking.Mupurocin creme helps but the chronicity may demand an internal antibiotic.
