Please help!! I don't know if its genital warts or not.

Hi,

I don't know whats going on, but one morning I woke up and saw 4 red bumps about 1 mm forming like a square-ish like on my shaft of my penis and I'm a uncircumcized person too, so these 4 small bumbs had formed on the side of my left shaft penis. But whats weird is I'd never had sex in my life, but I masturbate, the 3 day as today I found it to be more of a skin like colors and the bumps are slowly going away but not completely yet... so I was wondering only a person who had sex with a person infected with genital warts could only be diagnose with it right? cause again I'd never had sex before and or with anyone in my life. Please help!!

Hello,
Maybe the lumps that you are mentioning on the pubic part are folliculitis or cysts since it is hairy. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

The other possibilities are molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection but less likely in your case).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
