Please help in identifying these red, different colored segments on my head

I’m a 21 year old, Indian male, in physically good shape. I decided to shave my head yesterday and was shocked by what I found, I have no idea what this is, could somebody please help?? I’ve had a dandruff problem for a couple of years and I feel this is related to that, please help, thanks?

It's common to get a bit of razor burn when shaving an area like.  It could be another medical condition- but I'd start with making sure you moisturize the area to see if that helps.  If it doesn't, get to your doctor- they will be able to give you a more accurate diagnosis based on an in person exam and gathering of more medical history.
