What about the cleanser?  If you live in a city where there's a Sephora, thy can give you samples of it to try out.  (you can also order it from sephora.com and find it on eBay) Philosopy Purity.  I don't work for Philosopy, I've just found their products really make a difference in my skin.  I like Sephora because they will make you free samples of anything in the store.  This is actually the best deal if you want a moisturizer too...  http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P177316&shouldPaginate=true&categoryId=3866

Other things I did that helped my face: regular exercise (reduces stress, might also help you get pregnant) and I quit eating fast food.  If you're on fertility meds of any kind, they could be causing your breakouts and your depression.  If you recently quit taking the pill, that may also be affecting your skin.

Hang in there, try the Philosophy stuff, it may take a little time for your skin to adjust to a change in your routine.  If it was really overdry, it may continue to produce excess oil for a few weeks after you stop drying it out.  When you see your dermatologist, tell him everything you're doing, what you've changed, etc. so he'll be able to assess your case.  Hopefully you'll be telling him why your skin looks so much better.

From the pics, it looks more like a acne breakout possibly made worse by stress :).  Washing your face and putting the metrogel on 3X a day is probably drying it out.  If you overdry your skin, it's going to produce more oil & then you break out more.

Make sure you have a good gentle cleanser, nothing too drying or harsh.  (I use Philosophy's Purity - it rocks.)  Try just using the metrogel at night.  I've also found the Bare Minerals foundations to be really good at covering redness without looking heavy or breaking you out more.  L'oreal make a cheaper version that's almost as good.

Keep your hands away from your face during the day (dirt & pores) and try not to stress.  It will get better.

Perioral dermatitis is just that--perioral, around the mouth.  It never goes 'all over the face.'  Your doctor will certainly be able to help you take care of it.

I am disturbed by your question's title, 'Please help me. I feel life is no meaning if my skin still like this.'  If you're serious in saying that, then you need help of a psychological kind, not just a dermatological one, because your level of concern is far in excess of what is appropriate.

Good luck.
