MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Since you have tested negative even two years after the unprotected intercourse, chances of HIV are not there. Symptoms of HIV in initial stages can resemble any flu illness. One can develop fever, rash, enlarged lymph nodes, joint pains and other symptoms similar to flu. These black spots can be due to penile macules or due to fungal infection.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
