Possible Genital Herpes

I am a male in my mid twenties. I went for a routine check-up with my Urologist, and during my physical exam he looked down at my penis and said "Oh what have we got here a nice little case of herpes." to which I had a complete meltdown. I questioned his diagnosis, but he thought it was best to prescribe me Valtrex, and to have my blood tested for HSV1 and HSV2. I am anxiously awaiting the results. What leads me to believe that I do not have genital herpes is that I have never had an outbreak in the past, nothing even remotely close. What he pointed out to me as being Herpes was just a series of tiny light red spots mostly on the tip of my penis (some on the shaft). I wouldn't have noticed them unless he had pointed them out. I opted not to take the Valtrex. It has been four days since his "diagnosis" and I have had no pain, no itching, no blistering, no fever, no body aches, no new developments, just an overload of Anxiety. I rubbed some A+D cream on my penis, and the barely visible spots seem to have faded even more. The day after visiting my Urologist I made an emergency appointment with a Dermatologist, and she told me that she was 100% sure that I did not have genital herpes. I asked her again and again, to the point of annoyance, yet she stood by her words "I am 100% sure this is not herpes."

1.) Should I believe the Urologist, or the Dermatologist?

2.) A day before my exam I had been given a handjob with minimal lubrication and remember it hurting quite a bit. Could this have caused the irritation?

2a.) Also, I don't have the best Hygiene, and I've often gone a week or more without showering, changing my underwear, or changing my bedsheets. Could this also be a possible cause?

3.) And finally what should I expect from the blood test? If it is positive, does that confirm an outbreak even after passing the visual inspection? Should I expect a future outbreak?

Help me I'm losing it.

Best Regards

The dermatologist, for sure.

2.) A day before my exam I had been given a handjob with minimal lubrication and remember it hurting quite a bit. Could this have caused the irritation?
Possibly, but it doesn't matter.

Yes.

Negative.
This doesn't sound anything like herpes.

4. Why was my question skipped?
It wasn't!

Best.
