Possible bug bites help?

I have bug bites popping up on my hand and feet. I dont rememeber being bit by anything. I itches bad anf feels like it spreading what could it be?

I had that a couple yrs ago. Mine COVERED my hands and feet and itched SO bad i would puncture them and pour salt or lemon juice just so they would hurt! It was eczema and Clobetasol (sp?) cleared it right up. Need prescription frm family dr. Hope this helps.

Is it only your hands and feet?  Are you sure they are bug bites?  There are some other things that can cause itchy spots on the hands and feet- for example, something pretty common is hand, foot, and mouth- you develop sores on the hands, feet, and possibly in the mouth.  I'd  get these spots looked at by your doctor to confirm what they are- then you can treat them.
