Puffy Red Sleep Marks?

I woke up yesterday morning with these weird puffy red marks. I usually get lines, as do many others, from sleeping, but these were swollen and red. I was wondering what could have caused this? I thought maybe I slept in one spot for too long or the detergent I used. I could've had an allergic reaction, possibly. I'm also attaching a photo of what they look like. Has anyone ever gotten these before?

Thanks

-Frank

These are typical Pressure urticaria' relating to 'Dermographism'.Nothing to worry. Recurrence of this may need allergy testing.
Best wishes.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

These symptoms are suggestive of dermatographism. Dermatographism can be caused by stress, tight or abrasive clothing, watches, glasses, energetic kissing, heat, cold, or anything that causes stress to the skin. In many cases it is merely a minor annoyance, but in some rare cases symptoms are severe enough to impact a patient's life.

It can be treated by antihistamines or cromoglicate and sometimes steroids, as they prevent the histamine from causing the reaction. As the underlying cause of dermographism is not known, it can last for many years without relief.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
