Question about rash

Not quite sure what this can be but I have my suspicions.  I have had somewhat of a itchy area in the fold of my right groin.  About 2 weeks ago I remember it being itchy.  Im pretty sure I look at it and it was just a redenned area.  I have gotten jock itch in the past.  Today It was itchy again and I look at the groin area, and I saw about 4 oval bright red flat raw like small areas in the same general area.  Kind of liikes like I scratch too hard and some skin came off.  The more I think about the area, it burns and itches somewhat.  What do you think it is?

I HAVE THIS PROBLEM WHERE I THINK MY SKIN IS RAW FROM RUBBING TO HARD AND IT BURNS WHEN URINATING. IT ALL STARTED WHEN I USED A CHEAP BRAND TO DOUCHE WITH AND IT IRRATATED MY SKIN BUT THIS PROBLEM HAS OCCURED TWICE SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?

I think it's chafing from skin rubbing against skin.  I suggest you cleanse the area gently, and apply nothing more than moisturizing lotion.  If the symptom persists for 10 days, let a doctor have a look.  If it goes away, avoid friction in the area (powder, loose clothing) as best you can.
