RASH ALL OVER BODY

b1
IM a 32 year old male and in good shape. 3 months ago, I had a small rash on my nose that started out looking like a pimple then became a flat red area on my nose (size of a half dollar)(Never itched or hurt)
WENT to dermatologist 2 months ago - put me on antibotics for two weeks - did not help. WENT back - he put me on one week of stronger antibotics and anti-fungal cream to rub on
MY feet started itching at night. WENT back a week later and my nose did not improve.
THEN he put me on 250mg of oral Lamisal pills. Two days after taking I noticed a few small red flaty patches on my back. Three days later I had broken out in a small rash on back and chest. (I have never been allergic to anything)
I also develped chest pains for a day. I went back and he told me to stop using. IT did however help my nose clear up a good amount and my feet stopped itching.
NOW, one week later, I have this rash all over my body and some on my face. Its really bad in goin and under arms. The small rashes are starting to blend together. A few days after I notice a new one, a white scally flat scab forms a circle around it
I went to the dermatologist and got a biopsy on one yesterday. I also got my blood drawn by my normal doctor. My Liver is usally at 55 and he said it was at 170
My joints are starting to ache = my knees and back.
I feel a bit fatigued, but not bad and I dont have temperature or sore throat
It occasionaly itched, but not to bad. My skin is very dry and my fingertips are a bit numb. They are also starting to wrinkle, as if I spent to much time in the shower

HELP, I am becoming concerned and have no answers yet

Thank You

B

have your doctor to do a skin scraping and test you for scabies.
it is an uncontrolable itch.

About 2 weeks ago i developed a small, oval shaped, raised patch with a small scaly part in the middle of it, on my lower waist. Thought nothing of it. A few days later i felt spot like rash developing all over my chest. The next day i woke to find that the spotty rash has spread all over my chest, my back and now have them on my neck, face and wrists. It seems to be getting worse each day. Ive been to the doctors and they dont know what it is. But have gave me some itchy pills to take. This rash is causing me serious itchiness. I dont know what it is, infact, nor do the experts.

Help me someone!  I don't know whats wrong with me and I feel the dr's here Way up north are so stupid!  none of them has heard of a case like this. they wont send me out for testing either as we dont have an allergist in the yukon!  ok here it goes.. August 19th I had a baby boy!..perfectly healthy . was in the hospital for 5 days. got out and about 2 weeks after I had him. I started getting a rash. little hives everywhere. The next day still there. took a benadryl for the itch as it was horrible. the next day they were still there but more bigger and spreading into one big hive. well I took benadryl for 3 days and then noticed that my baby was getting very drowsy from it as I am breastfeeding him. he was hard to wake him up to eat and stay awake to get full.  So I took myself off the hives and went to the dr.  Dr barely checked them out, just glanced at them said it was an allergic reaction and gave me Reactine. 10mg tablets. said take those for 2 weeks it will help it. did it one bit? nope. was just getting worse, so I went to the emergency here to talk to another dr and I thought they would give me blood tests.. boy was I wrong. when I requested blood tests. they said what are we supposed to look for? I said I dont know your the dr! the dr said well I am gonna give you acupuncture!. I said what! what for? he says it will take them away. did it? Yes!  but for like 1 hour. it was nice to have that once hour break from  itching SO bad. he told me if I feel anything in chest or throat area to come back here. SO later on a few days later. I did have what felt like a little bouncy ball stuck in my throat and found it difficult to swallow and harder to breath. I went to the ER and they gave me an Epinefrine shot. sent me home. same thing the next day. they gave me the epinefrin and sent me home. 2 days later. same thing. got the epi shot but that dr also prescribed me prednisone. by then I was on reactine, ranitidine from previous hive incident and they had told me to stay on it cause it will help out. and then prednisone and the epi shots. By now I was really worried and sick of itching. its been just over a week. I told my dr I want to be sent out and have skin tests done. She says nope cant do that till we eliminate some things.. so she put me on an elimination diet.. that sucks. I am breastfeeding for heaven sakes!.. let me eat. my milk production went way down and I had to give him abottle. that broke my heart. so being on those meds and the diet.. nothing improved at all. I thought then dr would send me out.. Nope.. she said there is no point and she will PHONE the allergist.. he says to put me on 20 mg of reactine instead of the 10, 50 mg of prednisone and then the ranitidine. take a benadryl when needed, get the shot when needed from the ER  and it should cure up.. well after being in the er every other day. me and my baby being drugged right up. still to this day oct 24th. I still have them all over my body. dr has given me singulair and atarax.. it's not working. the allergist says its hormonal. they wont give me blood tests or send me out to see an allergist or dermatologist. I am SO fricking itchy and in pain. I ended up in ER two nights ago with SEVERE chest pain. Never felt that before but was literally choking on the hives for 2 days in a row. I got the epi again and ataran under my tongue.  I am writing all this cause I feel none of the drs know anything up here and wondering if anyone else has been thru or heard of this before .. or possibly know what it is?? all the drs in town know about me incase I go to emerg so I dont have to explain my situation or if it turned out to be like it did 2 days ago where I barely could talk. they would know what to do  right away.  Anyways. I hope someone at least has heard of this going on or been there that will reply to me. I am so sad, frustrated, mentally breaking down. I cant go on living like this. its too much!  any advice or help would be greatly appreaciated.

The story you tell certainly does not add up to one specific diagnosis.  You may have hives, which are associated with in some people with liver inflammation, or perhaps the liver tests are not even relevant.

If your dermatologist did a biopsy, it means he isn't sure by just looking and needs corroborating test results.

I'm confident that the biopsy plus liver tests will help your doctors come to a conclusion soon.

In the meantime, you will need to be patient a few days more.

Take care.
