RED RAISED BUMP BELOW EYEBROW :(!

I have had this raised skin, was a bump but with several attempts to pop it thinking it was a pimple and it bleeding has it gone down in size. It's this red raised skin, which has some white what seems to me like tiny heads inside of the red skin. I can't pop it.. and like. It's almost like white and red raised skin. What is this? I have left it alone after trying to remove the white inside and popping it having it bleed and decided to let it heal months have gone by almost a year and it's still here.. I have pictures. It's very hard to explain all I know is it annoys the hell out of me and I am very concerned.
Can anyone tell me what this is? And how I can get rid of it?
