Raised Skin Patches?

Over the past couple of months, I have had these ever so slightly slightly raised skin patches on the inside of both arms (most pronounced just below bend of arm). I have posted a photo.  It doesn't itch and it isn't scaly at all.  The patches really aren't bothering me, they are just unsightly.  With our current insurance, it costs me $120 to go to the dermatologist.  I am hoping that someone here might be able to shed some light on a direction I could pursue for an over the counter option.

Again, I have posted a photo since I am probably doing a horrible job of explaining :(.
