Raised bumps that look like bug bites but don't itch - what could they be?

Hi everyone,

Starting yesterday afternoon, I've noticed some strange red bumps that look like bug bites, but what's confusing me is that they don't itch at all unless I directly touch them. I've noticed about five of them so far - one on my left wrist, one on my right wrist, one on my elbow, and two close together on my upper arm - so as well as being non-itchy, they are mostly spread quite far apart. This and the lack of itching makes me doubt that they're bug bites, but could they be?

Here's an Imgur album I made with pictures of some of the strange hives (?) described above: https://imgur.com/a/yBSwx5Q

Thank you in advance for any help at all.

PS I tried to post this question and got redirected to make an account, so hopefully this doesn't post twice!
