Rash, Weakness, and Loss of Appetite?

1. I have this rash on my chest that has been there for about 2 weeks, i showered when i first noticed it because I thought it could of been because of the necklace I had been wearing but it wasn't. It's still here.

2. I've been feeling weak, and i've lost my appetite, I used to be able to eat a ton of food now I can barely finish a plate without feeling nasuea and fullness.I've also been experiencing a fullness feeling in my abdomen ( the feeling where you just ate a big meal) that is just once in awhile though.

3. I can barley do any kind of exercise, playing, walking up stairs, swimming, etc. without feeling winded, and exhausted. To the point last night I slept for 12 hours straight. My muscles ache and my joints feel a little tight.

I went floating down a river near my house yesterday and I was swimming behind the raft (still holding on to it) for a little while and barely had any energy to pull myself back on the raft.

what's going on please help!

Hello,
Such rash can be due to contact dermatitis, allergies, sweat dermatitis or eczema. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide). Also use good quality hypoallergenic moisturizers. If the rash persists then pls get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.

Hello,
The constant tiredness can be due to anemia, chronic fatigue  syndrome, hypothyroidism, disorders of the hypothalamus, psychiatric disorders like depression and sleep-related breathing disorders.Take some iron supplements and eat a healthy nutritious diet consisting of green vegetables. If the symptoms persist then pls consult a physician.

The feeling of fullness in stomach can be due to GERD or gastritis. Eat small nutritious meals at frequent intervals instead of a heavy single meal. Exercise frequently and take your dinner atleast 2 hrs prior to bedtime. Also raise the head end of the bed by 2 blocks. To help control the stomach acid, one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them, or eat chocolate or spicy or greasy foods .Take some OTC antacid like Mylanta. You can also take zantac(ranitidine)or prilosec(omeprazole). These will help. Also keep your fluid electrolyte balance optimum by drinking lots of fluids.

Rgarding your skin problem, pls describe the rash and symptoms so that a list of differentials can be made.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
