Hi I have seen quit a few threads about this issue .but no real answers so I added a picture which I took the next day  and will try and explain my version
I Have been married for 10 years and we have 3 kids this problem appeared after our 3rd child ,as soon as we have sex this rash appears and my wife says she also feels "bloated " inside her vagina .It does not happen every time it comes and goes sometimes staying away for a month or 2 then suddenly appears again .we have gone to our doctor which initially put us on antibiotics which seemed to help I guess .but the same problem  seems to stick it's head out again. some time after  the 3rd time we went to see him  he said it is a rash because she is too dry inside ,and so we have been using KY jelly every time since and again some times no rash and suddenly it will re appear even when using lube . it does not itch around the head of my penis only starts to itch at the uretra opening the next day and she also feels slight itching .it is also only on the head of my penis under and on the foreskin The doctor did take blood tests about the 2nd or third time it happened and did not say anything about having a STD ,which we ruled out anyway because we are married so there is no chance of getting it from someone else .DEFINETLY .Why is this happening after so many years and the fact that none of us is having other sexual partners ?Thanks for you're help

I have found the solution
It is a ALLERGIC reaction!!!
Antibiotics will not help
Ask you're spouse not to use tampons but rather pads because there are certain chemicals
in it, that stays behind  in the Vaginal canal for a while( up to 2 weeks)  after it's use
And that is what is causing the rash !!!
Do this and you will be saving 100's of $$$$$ to doctors trips

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to urethritis or honeymoon cystitis. It is actually a form of urethritis. Abstain from intercourse for a few days, take plenty of fluids and take some OTC analgesics like ibuprofen or diclofenac. Also take pyridium for 2-3 days(it stains the urine orange) and sit in warm non soapy water. Also consult a doctor for antibiotics prescription if the symptoms persist. In future also, urinate immediately after intercourse to flush out the bacteria and ask your partner to indulge in plenty of foreplay or use lubricant jellies.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
