What could this be?????????

Hi i am 28 years old, about 2 weeks ago, i notice these tiny red spots on my skin in the stomach area. They dont itch, and they dont hurt. When i look in the mirror you cant really see them only when i look down at them in bright light. They seem to be very slightly raised although not alot. A day before i noticed them i was outside with my kids and it was very hot and of course we were sweating alot, becuase they were playing in the sun. I was wondering if you could please help me out here and see if you know what this is. I have always been considered healthy other than having anxiety and panic attacks. Some are like little pin points some are a tiny bit bigger but those are the ones i messed with thinking they were little pimples. Thanks for any help.

Whatever the spots are, they're certainly nothing to panic about.  They may be clogged pores, inflamed follicles from the heat, or perhaps tiny angiomas (hereditary blood vessel spots) you just never noticed before.  Show a doctor the next time you go.  And don't worry.

Best.
